Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

You may not use PersonaFix to:

1. Upload, depict or copy a real, identifiable person unless you have every right and consent the law requires. You alone are responsible for this (Terms section 1). Do not prompt a made-up character to look like a specific real person.
2. Upload, depict or copy anyone under 18, or anyone who looks under 18.
3. Produce sexual content involving minors or anyone depicted as a minor. This is blocked, recorded, and grounds for immediate closure of the account. We will cooperate with law enforcement.
4. Make sexual, nude or intimate content of any real person, even with their consent.
5. Make a character of a public figure: a celebrity, an influencer known to the public, a politician, a political candidate, or a government official.
6. Make a character of a person who has died.
7. Use a real person's voice, or a character made from it, for phone calls, robocalls, voicemail drops or other automated calls or messages.
8. Show a real person endorsing, recommending or using a product, service, cause or candidate when they did not.
9. Make content about an election, a referendum, a candidate or a party using a real person's likeness or voice.
10. Impersonate a person or organisation, or present generated content as a genuine recording of a real event.
11. Defraud, deceive or harass, including fabricated evidence or identities for fraud.
12. Present a synthetic actor as a genuine customer, invent a personal product experience or result, or imply an endorsement that was not given. A fictional presenter is allowed. An AI label does not make a false testimonial acceptable.
13. Produce content unlawful where you are or where you publish.
14. Circumvent moderation, including through rephrasing or splitting requests.

Enforcement

We apply automated moderation to text, incoming images, stills taken from uploaded video, and generated media, and record refusals. We refuse a character built from a real person if anyone in it appears to be under 21, and any uploaded file where we cannot estimate the age of the face. Providers may also refuse requests under their policies.

We do not check who is in your uploads. We act on reports. A report that a character uses someone's likeness without permission is handled under the Likeness Takedown Policy. A character may be paused while we look.

Repeated or serious breaches end the account.

Labelling

Follow the AI disclosure obligations in Terms section 6, including any visible label the law requires, applicable law and the rules of the platform where you publish. Do not remove or alter the machine-readable marking in files we deliver, and do not use our public check to test ways of hiding where a file came from.

Reporting

If someone made a character of you here without your permission, use the "Report an AI replica of you" form on Support. No account is needed. See the Likeness Takedown Policy for what happens next.
