PLACEHOLDER — NOT YET REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED PERSON. The structure and the factual descriptions below were written from the product's actual code and infrastructure and are accurate as far as they go. The operative legal wording has not been reviewed. Do not rely on this document until that review has happened and this banner is removed.
The service generates photorealistic people who do not exist. That is useful, and it is exactly why these limits are not negotiable.
You may not use PersonaFix to
- Depict a real, identifiable person without their explicit, informed consent — including public figures. Do not write prompts intended to produce a specific real person's likeness.
- Produce sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a person depicted as a minor. This is reported, not merely blocked.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, or produce content presented as a genuine recording of a real event.
- Defraud, deceive or harass — fake testimonials, fabricated evidence, synthetic identities for account fraud, or targeted harassment of any person.
- Produce content that is unlawful where you are or where you publish.
- Circumvent moderation — including rephrasing prompts to evade a refusal, or splitting prohibited content across multiple generations.
How this is enforced
Automated moderation runs on the text you submit, on images entering the system, and on media the service produces. Refusals are recorded. Model providers apply their own content policies on top of ours and can refuse work independently.
Repeated or serious breaches end the account.
Labelling synthetic media
Content produced here depicts synthetic people. Where you publish it, label it as AI-generated in whatever form your market requires — the EU AI Act's transparency provisions are the clearest example, and platform policies frequently ask for more than the law does.
This is a term of the agreement rather than a suggestion. Section 6 of the Terms sets out what you are agreeing to; this policy deliberately does not restate it in different words.
