PLACEHOLDER — NOT YET REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED PERSON. The structure and the factual descriptions below were written from the product's actual code and infrastructure and are accurate as far as they go. The operative legal wording has not been reviewed. Do not rely on this document until that review has happened and this banner is removed.

Failed generations are always refunded

If a generation fails — a provider error, a timeout, an assembly failure — the credits held for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. If a generation partially succeeds, only the work that completed is charged.

A generation refused by content moderation is also refunded: no vendor work was bought.

Credits are held at the start of a job and reconciled against the vendor's actual reported cost at the end. Where the hold exceeded the real cost, the difference is returned.

Subscriptions

PLACEHOLDER — statutory cancellation rights (including the UK/EU 14-day right of withdrawal and how it interacts with digital content you have already consumed) need drafting by a qualified person. Do not rely on this section.

You can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Unused credits

Credits are granted per billing period, do not carry over, and have no cash value. Cancelling does not convert unused credits into a refund.

Something went wrong

If you were charged for something that did not work, contact Support with the date and what you were trying to do. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
