How to ask us to remove a character made of you without your permission.

If someone used PersonaFix to make a character of you without your permission, you can ask us to stop it and remove it. You do not need an account.

How to report

Use the "Report an AI replica of you" form on Support. Tell us:

  • your email, so we can reply;
  • your name (optional);
  • what you saw and where;
  • a link, if you have one;
  • whether it is intimate or sexual content;
  • whether you are the person shown, or acting for them.

What happens next

  1. Pause. If your link points at a character on PersonaFix, that character is paused as soon as the report arrives. Otherwise a person looks at your report and pauses the character as soon as we can find it. While paused, nothing new can be made with it.
  2. Intimate content first. We look at reports of intimate or sexual content first.
  3. Decision. A person reviews the report. We either remove the character's source files, generated photos and voice, and keep it paused, or we close the report and lift the pause.
  4. We reply. We write to the email you gave us with what we decided.

We can only remove what is on PersonaFix. We cannot remove copies someone downloaded and posted elsewhere. Report those to the site where they appear.

If your character was reported

Contact Support. Tell us why the report is wrong, for example that the character is you, or that you hold the person's consent, and include any proof. A person reads every reply. If we agree, we lift the pause. We will not restore content that is intimate or sexual, or that appears to show someone under 18.

Repeat and serious cases

Repeated upheld reports, and any sexual content of a real person or any apparent minor, can end the account at once.

False reports

Knowingly false reports may be refused, and we may stop accepting reports from their sender.

Law enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it, and at once for any content that appears to show a minor.

What we keep about a report

Your email, name if given, description and link. We keep them while the report is open, then up to six years after it closes, or longer while a related claim is open. See the Privacy Policy.
